MaterialsThe house is mostly timber framed with a significant amount of the original structure retained. Use of structural steel was minimised, only being used for new footing posts and structural beams under the north wall structure. There is $904,776 in the draft 25/26 budget for projectswithin economic development. The table within the report has $220,000 ofthis allocated to a competitive grant program for chambers and businessassociations. Economic development is deliveredthrough a partnership with Council, other levels of government and moreimportantly with the support and engagement of local businesses chambers andindustry groups. To better support economic growth Council is offering acompetitive grant program where chambers and business associations can applyfor funding once a year. This Program will empower chambers and to takeownership and lead the direction of business activities that target the uniquecharacteristic of their business precincts and better support local economicgrowth.

InnerWest’s current asset management maturity is above ‘core’level and Council is working towards a more advanced maturity. The Procedures for the Administration of the Model Code of Conduct specify that complaints under  the Code must be made within 3 months of the occurrence of the conduct that forms the basis of the complaint, or the complainant becoming aware of the conduct.
