My assessments are underpinned by the DISCO assessment (Diagnostic Interview for Social and Communication Disorders). I was the Scottish trainer for DISCO up until 4 years ago, when the license ceased after Lorna Wing’s death. Jennifer is passionate about giving employees the right support and environment so they can be at their best. She works with adults who have been diagnosed with various neurodivergent conditions, as well as within organisations to educate teams about neurodiversity. From 2019, work to improve neurodevelopmental services was included as a key focus for the programme. The programme published a Vision for Neurodevelopmental Support & Services, which argued for a whole systems approach which would break down barriers between services for children and young people.
