Went home to do some measurements and rang them back to say which one I wanted. To my shock, I was able to go straight back and the trailer was set up, registered and ready to go. I ordered a 7×5 trailer and the day I was to pick it up I asked if I could change it to a 8 x 5. I was told no problem and the next day the 8×5 was ready to go.Have used the trailer to move my ride on mower, with the tipper option on this trailer, I’ve been able to just drive it onto the trailer!. Very happy with the trailer and the friendly service.
Trailers Direct is the best trailer company on the coast. The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle.
The gents there where very professional and when could carry a joke. Great service I was in and out within half hour. Was unreal as I was thinking I had to come back when it was registered but it was all done then and there. Walked in off the street, was greeted with a smile.
